i went there on sunday, winterlicious special dinner $45 for 3 courses. nice presentation, food, services & environment, everything is excellent. food is really great taste, especially dessert, we had pear tart & bread & butter pudding, just make me feel like in heaven or kid in the candy store. for sure will encore.

现在的Tasting menu有Red wine icecream...值得一试，不过main course里面的beef tenderloin个人不喜欢。。印象深刻的是Lapin pate,用的黑醋质量上乘。
一进去就满是Truffle的味道，truffle的季节到了阿。。

Had dinner last night @ Auberge - called during the day and they were able to give me a reservation for 7pm (!!!!)
My choices:
$35 Dinner
plus taxes and gratuity
Amuse Gueule
Chilled Heirloom Tomato & Melon Gazpacho
avocado and peppered lime yogurt
or
Spinach Salade Provençal
sun dried tomato, Niçoise olives, toasted pine nuts and basil pesto vinaigrette
Suprême de volaille
grilled chicken breast on a fricassée of fèves and onions with a lemon verbena and honey fond
or
Roast Veal Striploin
endive and shaved pear salad with blue d'Auvergne cheese, toasted walnuts, pickled onions and warm port wine jus vinaigrette
or
Tuna Pochée
olive oil poached yellow fin tuna on a crushed potato and parsley salad with minted peas, candied lemon and shaved fennel
Steamed White Chocolate Pudding
Bonacini farm rhubarb and strawberry sorbet
or
Sour Cream Panna Cotta
pistachio crisps and blueberries
For the appetizer, go for the gazpacho - it was delicious (tried a friends)
the veal was FABULOUS and i think better than the tuna (no one in my group had chicken) - dessert - both were yummy.
Overall:
Service 10/10 (felt VERY high class, they were very polite and treated us very well, also parking is included - they validate your ticket for you)
Food: 10/10 - i REALLY enjoyed the veal - it came with thinly sliced pears, blue cheese and endives - delicious!
Overall 10/10 - I would put it in the same category as Pangea and better than North 44
