Hello Wonton Noodle
厭煩了Yonge/Finch太多太多的韓國店，近日偶然發現這傢“蝦佬雲吞麵”店，立即前往嘗試一下，改善改善口味。這傢店的名字起的真是蠻有特色的，"HELLO"的發音正好與粵語裏"蝦佬"類似, 簡單明瞭且好記。此外，Hello還有另外一家連鎖店 - 沾仔記 在Richmond Hill.
環境: 裝修還算不錯，乾淨整潔，是約會聚餐的不錯選擇。
味道: 雲吞特大，湯底味道正好，清淡卻不失滋味。
價錢方面: 便宜，份量適中。
服務方面: 沒有什麽大問題，從頭到尾都還算周到。
亮點: 快！點餐后兩分鐘所有餐即到。另外餐桌中間有一個熱水頭，可以自己續茶水！
特別提醒: 只接受現金支付，唯一的一點令人不太舒服的是，餐牌上中英文寫“本食店送你一個免費茶包。多謝惠顧及小費”，找零托盤上大大寫著“TIPS”, 哈哈， 一種快快給小費的感覺。

今天去了那里。店挺大的还有环境也挺干净的，感觉很不错。 味道也不错。
服务态度特别好。价钱很便宜的。强力推荐

前兩日一行三人去試，點了三拼河粉、炸醬撈麵、牛坑腩麵同油菜。我自己點的炸醬撈麵最值得推介，因為跟我往常吃的味道不同。這裡做的醬汁味道適中，不會太甜（我吃過很多味道都偏甜！），且夠辣（合我口味！），最重要他們加了磨菇及金針菇，不會只得瘦肉。至於雲吞，我覺得都不錯，只是沒有特別驚喜。不過牛坑腩及河粉也很好吃，前者夠腍、後者夠滑。

Very good for the price paid. Like the hot water tap featured on individual desk (self service). Decor is very youthful. Portion is just right for lunch.

Just went there 2 days ago with my friend, their 雲吞麵 is good. Their 麵條 is thin and long. 口感 is good, very 咬口, 彈牙而爽.
For their 鮮蝦雲吞, it is larger than a spoon but I still be managed to fit one 雲吞 into my month completely so it is okay. I can taste 3 鮮蝦仁 within each 雲吞 but with no 肥豬肉, so for people who look for healthy diet, it is a good bowl of 雲吞麵 for them.
For my point of view, their noodle is almost perfect, but they still need to improve on their 鮮蝦雲吞. Big 雲吞 is good, but 雲吞 getting too big sometimes people can't fit one 雲吞 within a bite which in 廣東雲吞 standard is not good, especially for some ladies with tiny mouth. Also, I can't taste 大地魚 within 雲吞. If they can add more 大地魚 onto it, that can bring out the taste of 鮮蝦仁 within 雲吞 even better. For 雲吞皮, I would suggest them to use a larger 雲吞皮 since they are making large 雲吞. What I see is 雲吞皮 can barely manage to cover the things inside. They should be using a larger 雲吞皮 so that 雲吞 would have a beautiful tail just looks like a goldfish after the 雲吞 is cooked.
