終于等到龍蝦季節了！從四月底開始，就是品嘗龍蝦的大好時機啦。吃龍蝦當然是去好稱龍蝦之都的Shediac,New Brunswick,PEI或是BOSTON咯。 但是在多倫多您也能品嘗到美味的龍蝦, 今天小編就推薦您一家吃龍蝦的好去處 - RED LOBSTER.
Red Lobster 是一家有近40年曆史的海鮮料理餐廳。 從1968年在Florida的第一傢店開業至今, Red Lobster在全球已經有近400閒連鎖店。
今天我們去的是位于7291 Yonge st的這傢Red Lobster連鎖店。富有漁家風情的小木屋，柔和的燈光，舒適的氛圍，給你一种在忙碌的都市生活中難得的一絲輕鬆感覺。 坐下看看菜單, 選擇十分多，而且多配有精美照片，方便您選擇。 （這一點中餐舘應該學習一下，圖文並茂的菜單才方便顧客選擇嘛!)
經過一陣精挑細選之後， 我們選擇了Broiled Fisherman’s Feast ($23, 包括 Broiled Maritime Lobster Tail, tender haddock fillet & a savoury sampler of shrimp, scallops & broccoli-cheese rice stuffing.)
另外選了一個當日特價Grilled Rainbow Trout with Citrus Butter($11).
點完餐后就送上著名的Red Lobster Cheese Biscuits，以及沙拉。美味的cheese biscuits可以在各大recipe網站上找到做法，小編也在Yummymap的論壇上貼了一個recipe. 之後便是我們的龍蝦大餐咯~ 色香味俱全！ 大家可以先看一下照片飽一飽眼福吧！ 味道只有您品嘗后才知道！

horrible food, way too salty!!!...you know why? because they are using the lowest grade of seafood and they must put tons of salt to get the seafood to live again...

Seafood is fresh and flavourful (well, that's all Redlobster is about). Waiters are very attentative. Always order rice as a side dish as rice is steamed on the bed of lobster and shrimps, so it absorbs a lot of tasty flavour. Price is on the high side for the portion of the food they serve.

Their cheese biscuits are soooooo good!! I always request one more basket to take home (and they are more than welcome to pack it nicely for you)! Just put it in the toaster oven and it's a yummy breaskfast!!

Overall a great restaurant, they really take care of the food they serve, everything is temp'ed before they serve it. Great value too, almost every entree comes with a salad and of course you get their famous cheese biscuits too. Definitely go there for the fresh fish, bacon crusted arctic char or trout is my favourite. Don't go and expect great steak or chicken, they're not called "the red steak". Service is generally great, management is really strickt on that aspect.

Red Lobster is a chain store. If you really like lobster, you should go to Lobster Trap...Their lobsters are lived and priced by weight! Super yummy!

I like it, delicious( even comparing with tradional chinese cuisine), clean(way clean than those Chinese restaurant), great service(well, you know how so many chinese restaurant serve you), so overall, you have your good mood when dining. thats what we want to pay for, isn't it?
